With everyone feeling the pinch this year, many of us will be using the Black Friday sales to snap up some discounted Christmas gifts and essentials.

Did you know you can also support the Hands Up Foundation while you shop? What’s more, using options like Amazon Smile and easyfundraising won’t even cost you a penny! It’s a win, win.

Amazon Smile

When you shop through Amazon Smile, you’ll still be able to buy the same products, for the same price. But for every purchase you make through the account, Amazon will donate 0.5% of the sale to us.

To get started, simply visit Amazon Smile and check for the “Eligible for smile.amazon.co.uk donation” on the product detail pages.

easyfundraising

easyfundraising partners with over 7,000 brands, such as M&S, John Lewis and shopDisney, who will donate part of what you spend to a cause of your choice.

It won’t cost you any extra. The cost of the donation is covered by the brand you’ve shopped with.

All you need to do is create an account and use easyfundraising as the gateway to the shops you want to buy from. Do this each time you buy online, and you’ll help raise money for our projects.

Visit easyfundraising to find out more.

Rory Hutton – £25 donation for every £60 spent online

This Black Friday, for every sale on his website over £60 our friend and supporter Rory Hutton will donate £25 to Hands Up – that’s the value of three children’s monthly transport to and from school.

Education is a lifeline for the 280 Syrian refugee children who attend our partner SAWA’s education centre in Lebanon. Part of the programme includes making sure they reach school in the morning and get home safely at the end of the day. Fuel prices have rocketed in Lebanon over the last few months, so this funding is absolutely vital to ensure these children don’t miss out on school.

Thanks to Rory’s generosity, this Black Friday, you’ll be able to give the gift of education while shopping for his history inspired bold prints and collections of luxury silk scarves

.This offer will apply from now until midnight on Monday, 28th November!

E-cards

Don’t want to spend lots of time and money on Christmas cards this year?

Send e-cards to your friends and family instead on DontSendMeACard.com and donate what you would have spent on cards and stamps! Your donation will go to help Syria’s most vulnerable.
